Chiva-Som’s wellness offerings cater to diverse needs, with 16 unique retreats covering areas such as Optimal Performance, Sustainable Weight Management, and Gut Health. From August 26th to 30th, guests will have the opportunity to train with celebrity fitness expert Natalie Dau, a Guinness World Record holder and ultra-marathon champion, who will lead workshops on maximising physical and mental performance.

To complement these experiences, Chiva-Som Hua Hin has introduced Sleep Enhancement Specialisation and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, aimed at improving sleep disorders and boosting cognitive function.
