Atout France India successfully concludes its #ExploreFrance show in Udaipur News Special Feature Atout France India organised its annual sales mission in India in Udaipur last week (September 25-29) at Taj Aravali Resort & Spa. Organised after three years of gap (due to the pandemic), the #ExploreFrance 2022 sales mission proved to be the biggest India sales mission of all time with 42 French travel suppliers and 87 Indian travel experts attending the show in Rajasthan. The travel experts were handpicked from cities like Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Raipur and Chandigarh who attended the show in two batches. Moreover, the event also featured a special showcase for wedding planners and cinema tourism industry experts on the last day. According to Munshaw, the Atout France head office is also in the process of launching an e-learning destination specialist program (Explore France Connoisseurs) in October 2022. “To start with, the program will be launched in eight top source markets including India and will feature a generic level of learning about the destination. The agenda is to create an inner circle of friends of France who are serious about our destination and are looking for a long-term relationship with France. Moving forward, we will add special categories for ski, spa, gastronomy, MICE, etc. We are also in the process of launching a ‘Wedding in France Guide’ soon which will help our French partners to adapt to Indian wedding industry needs and Indian wedding experts to have a curated list of venues, hotels, DMCs and travel suppliers who are serious and ready to cater to the Indian MICE industry.” Here are a few of the French suppliers speaking about the potential of the Indian market and their participation at #ExploreFrance India event.
