SSR Travel Solutions recently concluded its first edition of the Bali Luxury Show across three major cities in India—New Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai—collaborating with twelve esteemed hotel and airline partners. The event emerged as a resounding success amidst the burgeoning interest in Bali as a premier destination among Indian travellers.

The Bali Luxury Show not only served as a platform for the Indian travel trade to acquaint themselves with the offerings of participating hotels and airlines but also underscored SSR Travel Solutions’ leading role in the dynamic realm of Destination Management Companies (DMCs). Notably, few India-based DMC operators organise destination shows for their Indian partners, making SSR Travel Solutions’ initiative all the more pioneering. Despite being relatively new to managing Bali as a DMC since June 2022, the company’s remarkable performance at the event showcased its adeptness and expertise in the domain.

In an exclusive interview with Sapneal Rao, the Founder & CEO, SSR Travel Solutions (SSRTS), he shed light on the company’s transformative journey and its future trajectory. Rao remarked, “Pre-covid, our primary focus was on B2C operations, enabling us to gain invaluable insights into travellers’ preferences and the challenges faced by travel experts in catering to their needs. This expertise has proven instrumental in our transition to a pure B2B model.
