This July, Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is inviting Indian travellers to step into the wild heart of Sri Lanka, as it brings back The Gathering of Giants—a spectacular three-day wildlife experience centred around Asia’s largest congregation of wild elephants. Taking place from 25–27 July 2025 at the Cinnamon Habarana Complex, the event offers a unique blend of nature, conservation, and immersive travel.

Timed around a long weekend for Indian visitors, the event is jointly organised by Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Cinnamon Nature Trails, and Seylan Bank. Now in its third edition, it opens exclusive access to a seasonal migration of hundreds of elephants to Minneriya and Kaudulla National Parks—an awe-inspiring natural event recognised by Lonely Planet as one of the world’s top wildlife spectacles.
