Ethiopian Airlines is celebrating 50 years of continuous service to Mumbai and recently organised a press meet and trade event in Mumbai for the same. The airline made its debut flight to Mumbai on December 1, 1971.

Currently connecting Mumbai, New Delhi and Bengaluru through A350 and B777 aircraft, the airline will soon connect Chennai to Addis Ababa and thereafter to 127 other international destinations. The airline has the biggest connectivity in the African continent and aims to increase its presence to 209 destinations under its ‘Vision 2035’.
