The report brings positive news for all travellers departing from Philadelphia International Airport, highlighting exciting benchmarks in airline punctuality and performance. According to Cirium, airline on-time performance is defined as the arrival of an aircraft at its gate within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time.
