Resorts World Cruises made waves by introducing its cutting-edge technology platform, ‘RW Cruise Buddy’ today in Mumbai during a Press & PSA briefing. This innovative tool promises to empower travel partners with direct access to real-time inventory of RW Cruises with fare information, revolutionising the booking experience.

Naresh Rawal, VP – Sales & Marketing – India & Middle East, Resorts World Cruises, emphasised the platform’s timeliness in catering to the diverse needs of travel partners and agents across India. Rawal said, “With technology at the forefront of every business today, we launched Cruise Buddy with an aim to simplify the real-time inventory (cabin) availability for travel agents across India. Moreover, we have also listed all our PSA Partners on the platform to ensure the ease of booking the cruise.”

Elaborating on the Cruise Buddy platform being more than just a real-time inventory gateway, Rawal said, “With Cruise Buddy, RW Cruises India team can directly incentivise the travel agents through reward points with each bookings. Moreover, Cruise Buddy will also empower travel agents with RW Cruises Media Resources to make digital communication with their clients easier – as in, the agents will have access to a library of images, videos, flyers and brochures.” However, travel agents will still have to go through a PSA for a RW Cruise booking as the platform will serve exclusively as an information platform. There are plans to introduce Cruise Specialist programme on the platform to educate travel agents about cruises and cruise bookings in the coming times.
